Lisa Dang, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN
Dr. Lisa Dang received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Upon her entrance into the field, she pursued certifications in dry needling, concussion treatment, and yoga teacher training to increase her range of expertise. She enjoys providing novel treatments informed by her broad clinical experience.
Lisa has worked with many conditions and diagnoses during her time as a therapist including orthopedic conditions, such as Ehlers-Danlos, chronic pain syndrome, neurologic conditions including but not limited to Parkinson’s Disease, and stroke. Lisa’s current clinical interests include TMJ dysfunction, vestibular, and concussions. She is recognized as a specialized practitioner of dry needling by the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
A Maryland native, Lisa graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Outside of work she enjoys eating crab cakes, yoga, rock climbing, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
